I learned LOADS about Poos in Rumbledom. First, Poo is really important! That means we’re allowed to talk about it as much as we want, no matter what grown-ups say. Second, Poos may be stinky but that doesn’t mean they’re bad. Bashy Bug says we can all produce Perfect Poos if we try. Third, the better the food we put into our mouths, the better the Poo that comes out of our bums.

What’s a Woo Hoo Poo?
That’s my name for the best Poo you can do. Since I visited Rumbledom in my dream, most of my Poos have been Woo-Hoo Poos. I call them Woo Hoo Poos because they’re shaped like a torpedo and when they splash into the loo, I shout Woo Hoo! It’s a sign that I’ve been eating all the good stuff my Belly Bugs told me to.
How Many Poos Should We Do?
When I visited Professor Spector in London, he told me that it’s good to do one or two Poos a day. If we struggle to pooh, it’s often because we are eating junk food which has very little fibre or any nutrients. Junk food slows our Poos right down. Some Poos get stuck in the Underbelly because they have no Fibre Feet to keep them moving.

What Are Fibre Feet?
Fibre Feet help Poos scurry through the Underbelly and avoid Baddies such as Boggers. Poos with Fibre Feet look like big brown centipedes twisting their way through the tunnels. To get Fibre Feet, Goody Bug says we should eat lots of fruit & veg. We should also drink plenty of water because Fibre Feet like to splash and slide as they run.
Poo Poo Poo Song
Goody Bug has written a special Poo Song to remind us how important Poos are.
Poo, poo, poo. That is the thing to do.
Poo, poo, poo. It’s really good for you.
Poo, poo, poo. Slip sliding down the loo.
That is the right thing to do.
